I spent 27 years inside one of the most demanding environments in financial technology — building products, leading teams, and eventually building and running an entire Asia region from scratch. I owned the P&L, set the direction, and learned firsthand what it actually takes to build something that performs under pressure.

I've spent 30 years evaluating whether businesses are actually as good as they look. That includes seven years of buy-side due diligence for venture capital investors, over a decade consulting directly with CEOs across Latin America through the Inter-American Development Bank, and building and selling a company of my own along the way.
That combination — the investor's eye, the operator's instincts, and the academic discipline from teaching entrepreneurship at FIU's College of Business — is what I bring to every G+Co.
